To rent a property from us you will need to pay a months rent in advance plus a month's deposit. We do also carry out full references and credit checks on all potential tenants at an additional cost of £ 50.

When you rent from us you will be assured that the properties we deal with are of a very good quality. We also pride ourselves on the service we give to you once you are in the property.

At the end of the day we want you to be proud of your home and happy to stay as long as possible. We therefore ensure that the property stays well maintained once you are in it.
